In Memoriam Comrade Vijay Singh (27th October 1946 to 17th April 2026) Comrade Vijay Singh, the founder editor of Revolutionary Democracy passed away after a brief illness in a Delhi hospital on 17th April 2026. The Editorial Board and Revolutionary Democracy Organisation deeply mourn the death of Comrade Vijay Singh. This issue was prepared for press by him before he passed away.
